It is situated on the gulf coast of Florida in a quite location known as a nature reserve in Anna Maria, being part of Anna Maria Island, which neighbours the exclusive island of Longboat Key. (1hr from Tampa Airport 30 minutes from Sarasota).

The garden area has just been tropically landscaped. The property is one of a cluster of three cottages that surround a heated, free-formed deep swimming pool with waterfall. It is located within 300 feet of a beautiful white sandy beach stretching 7 miles, where you can watch Pelicans dive, Ibis run and Dolphins swim.
