DELTONA VACATION BUNGALOW RENTAL DESCRIPTION :

A ranch style single storey house with screened pool and lawned garden completely secluded to rear with semi tropical vegetation and with privacy hedges and bushes to each side. The master bedroom has queen size bed and en suite shower room with toilet.The other two bedrooms are separated from the master by the main living area and are entered through a privacy door to a hallway with access also to the second bathroom which has shower/bath and toilet.There is a fully fitted kitchen with dining section leading to the utility room with washer and drier which also houses the computer with broadband access.

Both living area and kitchen have sliding doors leading onto the covered and carpeted patio.This is the star feature of the house and is equipped with a range of patio furniture including glass top table and six chairs plus a number of folding chairs and sun umbrella which can be taken to the beach.There are also 2 kneeboards ( a small surf board )which can also be taken to the beach. There is a TV and both gas and charcoal barbecues.The pool is very attractive with two loungers and a variety of inflatables.The screen provides protection from flying insects and leaves.All bedrooms and kitchen have TVs.

ATTRACTIONS :

There are numerous golf course in the area mostly with excellent dining facilities open to non members. The nearest beach is at New Smyrna which is great for surfing on the Atlantic side but quiet and secluded within the inlet where dolphins can often be seen.

Deep sea fishing is available at reasonable daily cost and more relaxing boat trips up the intracoastal waterway are popular.

Boat trips are also available on the St Johns River with its multitude of bird life and guaranteed alligator sitings Over the I-4 at Orange City is Blue Springs State park which is a popular Winter refuge for the Manatees.Dining cruises on a larger vessel are also available from Sanford on the southern side of Lake Monroe down the St Johns River.
