Situated just a few minutes off the I75 near to Sarasota/Bradenton/St persburgh, on an upmarket golf course development which is very easy to find. The Villa has beautiful lush mature landscaping surrounding the home contributing to that great tropical Florida feel Near to one of the finest outlet centres in West Florida, close to numerous restaurants and shops and minutes from the beautiful West Gulf Coast Beaches such as St Peterburgh Beach,Siesta Key, Longboat Island, Bradenton Beach, Anna Marie Island etc all within an easy drive.
The Pool Home is furnished to a very high standard to ensure all of our visitors fully enjoy that luxurious holiday feeling, but at a reasonable price.
Features 3 Bedrooms, 2 double King in Master and Queen in second, and two single beds in the third, 2 Full Baths and showers one en-suite to the master bedroom which features a garden tub separate shower and dual sinks with birch wood vanity units.
Specious eat in open plan Kitchen, so the chief can still be part of the party. Glass top stove, built-in microwave, Dishwasher, breakfast bar and birch wood cabinets.
The American style fridge will ensure you have plenty of room for all the food and liquid refreshments you will need.
The house has central air conditioning (Very Quite)and ceiling fans in most of the rooms
The lounge is furnish to a very high standard and freshly decorated it features two leather sofas to lounge on and enjoy the entertainment centre via our large TV/DVD/CD/Radio/Music Centre.
