This quiet, peaceful resort, located on Hutchinson Island, about an hour north of West Palm Beach, one hour and forty five minutes southeast of Disney World, one half hour north of Stuart, fifteen minutes to Jensen Beach and a half hour south of Vero Beach.
Newly built, ground floor 2 bedroom and upper level 3 bedroom, both with 2 baths, walk-in closets, state of the art kitchen, dining area, laundry room, screened patio and attached garage. These units are in a gated community and both are on the 9-hole executive golf course and 200 yards from a mile-long private beach. Units have all new furnishings and linens and BBQ grill.
The resort features 4 swimming pools (heated), 10 – tennis courts; racquet ball/squash court; two paddle ball courts; 6-hole miniature golf course; 9 – hole par 27 executive golf course, which is free in the off season and has a $4.00 green fee from Dec. 20 until a week after Easter. The resort has a 4-star restaurant on the ocean, which is located next to the largest of the three swimming pools. A Tiki Bar is pool side and opened for food and drinks. A kiddie pool for small children, a hot tub, a Bocce court and an new exercise room with sauna and shower facilities.
