The completely equiped chef’s kitchen allows you to prepare gourmet meals on site. You will find the dining area perfectly suited for romantic candle-lit dinners or even for small, more formal affairs. Perfect for honeymoons and celebrating anniversaries, sleek, sophisticated Europa features a unique floating staircase, amazing lighting, excellent entertainment options, a Jacuzzi and a seperate private shower in the sunken en-suite master, and marble or granite surfaces throughout.
Swim any time - day or night – in the private, outdoor pool and enjoy barbecuing on the adjacent back porch. Peek at the gulf from the balcony sundeck. The beach is just a short stroll or drive away, depending on your preference/particular destination. Well behaved, flea free, and vacinated dogs, with responsible parents are most welcome. Guests are requested to use leash off property and clean up after the pets, regardless of location, is mandatory. The Pet Deposit charged will be determined by weight and size and will be discussed in advance. Unlike other rental owners, who charge exorbitant pet deposits and neglect to return any of it, I refuse to punish dog lovers who enjoy traveling with their best friend(s). If all is well upon departure, the Pet Deposit is refundable within 30 days. Pet owners are usually the best guests!
With two king beds and a set of twin beds, this Santa Rosa Beach vacation rental can accommodate a party of six. The minimum age for renting this property is 30. Fly into Okaloosa Regional Airport adjacent to Eglin Air Force Base. The drive to Santa Rosa Beach can vary from 15 minutes to over a half hour -- depending on the season. Summer usually has heavy traffic. Private aircraft may land in Destin. 10 - 20 minutes is usually required to reach the house. Again, the time of year determines your arrival time on 30-A/Santa Rosa Beach. |
