There is a fantasic view of the tranquil ocean from its private balcony. The complex includes a large pool, security gate and parking for 2 vehicles. Rates quoted in rate sheets for the summer season from June 1 - August 31, 2008 will be reduced by 20% when reservation is made!

The island of Amelia, legendary for its dramatic history and the beauty of its natural setting, is the perfect place for you to vacation. Amelia South Condominiums are conveniently located on the beachfront, on South Fletcher Avenue (A1A, midway between the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and the activities at Main Beach). Restaurants and shops are within walking distance and the beautiful, unspoiled beach is just outside your door. Where the beach begins, so do a variety of activities, including swimming in the pool or ocean, surf fishing, sand-castle-building and searching for sharks' teeth. Off the beach there is a host of exciting things to do - like visiting the old seaport town of Fernandina with its intriguing shops and restaurants and wealth of 19th century, restored buildings. For golf lovers, the Fernandina Beach Municipal Golf Course is just down the street. Young and old alike will enjoy the skate park and miniature golf courses on the island.

Jacksonville International Airport is located about 25 minutes from the Oceans of Amelia. From Jacksonville International Airport, take I-95 S to exit 373 (Amelia Island), bear right onto A1A which takes you to Amelia Island. Cross the bridge onto the island and turn right at the second light onto Sadler Road. Continue on Sadler Road to the beach. Go around the roundabout and proceed south on S. Fletcher Avenue. Amelia South Condominium will be on your left in about 1-1/2-mile. |
