Come and stay at our newly remodeled beachfront Condo. The entire unit has been refurbished with the exception of the beautiful ceramic terra cotta tile. Located on the bottom floor of a two story, eight unit building, you can walk right out onto the beach and play in the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Belleair Beach is a PRIVATE beach community that is peaceful and quiet yet only minutes from the hustle and bustle of beautiful Clearwater Beach. There are no high rises, only beautiful homes and two story condominiums. The kitchen is state of the art with all new appliances, custom cabinetry and granite countertops. The bedrooms are complete with custom bedding and accessories. The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, DVD player and full private bathroom with walk-in closet. The second bedroom hosts a custom twin trundle bed that has a pull out trundle that "pops"up to create a king bed or can be used as two twins. This room also has a TV and DVD player. The living area has a comfortable leather sectional sofa and big screen TV. This Condo is truly a place of "comfortable luxury."
