The Villa has about 200 sqm living space - fully air-conditioned - and a very nice outdoor space including pool and private beach. This house lies on a salt water canal in an idyllic and quiet area.The vanishing edge pool appears to flow right into the canal and is a delight for the eyes. We also have enough furniture in the gorgeous pool area to make you comfortable; for example, 4 lounge chairs, 3 tables, and 14 chairs for six people and, of course, a grill.
Fishing from your backyard is also possible as fishing rods are supplied for you. Or undertake boat trips with a four seats puddle boat that are made available free of charge. The furnishing is very unique. The villa is big enough for two to six persons, presenting 200 sqm living space divided into living room, billiard room, dining room, and breakfast corner, as well as a kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.The floors are laid out with co-ordinated colored ceramic tiles and/or with carpet and laminate.
A further highlight is the view of pool and channel thru the generous Billiard room with TIKI bar that you see when entering the villa.
Here, among the fantastic terraces and external area, you will spend unforgettable days of holiday and nights which you will still dream about and talk about for a long time.The cozy living areas, with a large leather sofa and a glass table in the center, also offer the chance to make yourself cozy and read or watch television (cable TV).
n the living area, you will find a 36" LCD flat screen TV with DVD-player and a stereo unit including a CD-player.
Additionally, a telephone are available for your use. Connected to the flat screen TV is a PC with high speed internet access that is free of charge.
Imagine yourself sending your vacation e-mails from the sofa! The kitchen area offers all modern household appliances such as a stove with ceran cook field, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee-machine and a big fridge with freezer, water and ice cube door etc..
Glasses, dishes and cutlery are here in a sufficient quantity. And of course, there are all these helpful little things like can and bottle opener.
The kitchen bar with stools offers enough space for a snack in the afternoon or a cup of coffee whenever you feel like it. From the master bedroom you have direct access to the pool. In here you will find a big king size bed and a matching wardrobe.
On the dresser you have a flat screen TV as well as DVD and CD Player.
The two additional bedrooms are furnished in very good taste. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second has your choice of a king-size bed or two single beds.
Each bedroom also has a TV and DVD player. A common bath, with sink and a tub/shower, is between the two bedrooms for your convenience.
We have sufficient hand and beach towels for you to use. Beside the garage in the utility room are a washing machine and a dryer. Irons and ironing board are likewise available.
