Built on a plot of 1100 sqm size and situated on a canal that lead directly to the Gulf of Mexico, it is like an oasis of silence with the palm trees around and other exotic plants in the tropical garden.
You will for sure have enough space for two to six people
on 265 sqm living space and 200 sqm terrace with a swimming pool of 9 x 4m,3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, utility room, double garage, heated Jacuzzi and swimming pool.
The living room is kept open towards the ceiling.
Integrated in the wall unit is a cable Big Screen TV plus a VCR and DVD Player.
Our kitchen is equipped with white varnished furniture's that have ceramic grasps and it is open to both living and dining room.
The kitchen bar with stools offers enough space for a snack in the afternoon or a cup of coffee whenever you feel like it.
The kitchen has all kind of appliances a modern household might need.
The dining-room is integrated into the kitchen.
High chairs around a round table invite you for a comfortable breakfast.
The villa has got three bedrooms of 20 - 25 sqm each with king-size beds.
All bedrooms do have following wardrobes and enough mirrors.
Both big bathrooms each have two built-in sinks with small white varnished cupboards underneath and fittings in white and gold as well as mirrors covering the whole wall.
One of these bathrooms has a corner bath tube, a separate shower and a separate toilet.
Our second bathroom has a very big shower and a separate toilet.
Directly in front of the second bath is an outside shower.
In the fourth room you have desk with computer,telephone and fax at your disposal. Or you just send an e-mail from the villa's PC, for using the high speed internet is free of charge.
Terrace and pool area are sheltered from bugs and other little insects by a screen. There is enough space at a table with six seats. And for those who love the sun we have many more than one deck chair!
Others who like the typical barbecue will want to use the gas grill or even the electric grill in the summer kitchen every now and then.
The 9 x 4m big pool that is equipped with a electrical heating pump. For those who want to relax from stress or just enjoy themselves, the Jacuzzi is ideal.
Utility room:
Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are at your disposal.
The way through the garden leads you directly to the landing stage with boat lift and sun deck where a fantastic motor boat is waiting for you. You will get it for a extra rental fee at your free and sole disposal.
