This beautiful, solid built villa was finished in 2001 and faces on a 1100 sqm canal plot. Its furnishing is very tasteful and the house is of course fully air-conditioned plus fans in all rooms. The villa really leaves nothing to be desired and it offers enough space for six persons.

At just any time the pool area invites you to relax in the pool and whirlpools our on a comfortable chaise lounges or to cosy sitting on the group of seats either in the grill pavilion or the billiard range. The pool and whirlpool water is checked and serviced once a week, the salt water aquarium in the living room will be serviced 2 times a week by a special service company.

From the comfortable couch consisting of a two seven piece sofa and thanks to the panorama sliding doors you have a great view to the pool and the canal which is illuminated by night. In the living room is a cable TV set, a DVD as well as Stereo system and CD-player.A bar corner with wine climatic cabinet rounds of the unusual ambient of the living range, where you can enjoy a cocktail together with the Blues Brothers. The generously equipped kitchen is open towards living and dining area. The core of the kitchen and the living / dining area is the inviting counter with tow bar stools - We have sufficient glasses, cutlery, dishes and everything else you need in the kitchen for seven persons. Next to the kitchen is our utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron plus ironing board.

In the dining area you will find a glass/acryl table with six acryl chairs. Start your day with a breakfast at these nice table and enjoy the view to the pool and the broad canal. Bed- and Bathroom: In our master bedroom we have a queen size bed and night tables as well as adjacent wardrobe. The seawater aquarium with its impressing size, which can be darkened with a shutter, obtain the flair of an underwater dwelling. Next door is a big bathroom with sinks, shower, whirlpool bath tube and toilet.

The second and third bedroom has a queen size bed as well. Each bedroom has its on cable TV set and DVD player in there. All bedrooms supply sufficient bed linen. For the two smaller bedrooms we also have a bathroom with shower/tube, sink and toilet. In all bathrooms you will find enough hand and beach towels as well as a hair dryer. In order to keep in touch with your loved ones at home you have there telephone and fax at your disposal. Or you just send an e-mail from the villa's PC, for using the WLAN / LAN high speed internet is free of charge.
