OPTIONAL- The boat "Seadance" is a 2008 23ft Hurricane deck boat with a Yamaha 150HP 4-stroke motor. It also has fishing seats that mount on the front, bimini top, sink, portapotty toliet, fishing well, & life jackets. The boat sits on an electrically-operated lift on the wrap around boat dock just outside the home. There is also a Tiki Hut.
The Great Room has a built in entertainment center. There is a Big Screen TV in the Great Room and Master Bedroom. The other 3 bedrooms have flat screen tvs and all 5 tvs have dvd's. There is also a stereo audio system (radio and CD) in the Great Room. Internet and free long distance phone calls US/Canada.
