Welcome to our beautiful home, situated on the water, with your own private dock just a few minutes by boat out to open water and the Gulf of Mexico. This villa is situated in the Yacht Club area of Cape Coral. Enjoy the sunset sitting in your fully screened Lanai. the swimming pool is 28 feet by 14 feet and heated by solar power.
Sip a cocktail or ice cold beer as you fish from the dock, dock has its own davits, bring your own boat, or boat hire can be arranged locally, and boat delivered to your dock.
Villa has three bedrooms, King size Master Bedroom, with En-suite, TV, and walk-in closet.
One Queen size Bedroom and third bedroom has two single beds both have large closets and lots of storage space
he villa is open plan style and has a fully equipped kitchen, right down to the ice maker.
There are two BBQs to choose from for cooking your catch of the day.
Cape Coral's white sandy beach with its play, and picnic area is just over a mile away. The wonderful beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel Island, one of the world best places for sea shells are only about 20 minutes by car, the white sand stretches on for miles
