The Serendipity House is an older, quaint, charming, "last of its kind" on Clearwater Beach! One of the favorite features of the Serendipity House is the large, wrap-around front porch, complete with ceiling fans, rocking chairs and tables. The porch is a wonderful place to sit outdoors and enjoy the beach view and gulf breezes! There is also an outdoor jacuzzi where you can enjoy your privacy. Park your car and forget about it until you leave. The Serendipity House is located about 75 steps to the beach and within walking distance of shopping, dining, community pool & tennis. Bicycles and beach supplies are available to our guests. Trolley service to all beach activities, shops and restaurants runs every 30 minutes. This home is licensed as a Resort Dwelling, and is privately owned and managed.
