Although not perfect , this is a private vacation retreat home from 1920 with hardwood floors and lots of old world beach character. It has the "shaby-chic"charm of a cottage, not quite the perfection of a condo, and gives you the feel of a quieter more classic beach experience. It has a seperate air conditioner and ceiling fan in each bedroom.
