CLEARWATER BEACH VACATION COTTAGE RENTAL DESCRIPTION : |

Just 100 to 200 yard to the Beach, the Cottages are a group of vacation houses built in 1920 and renovated in 2008. Cute and cozy they bring you back to the Clearwater Beach of the 1920's. No streets to cross, you walk back and forth to the beach and enjoy spectacular sunsets. You are only 4 blocks to famous Pier 60 for nightime entertainment, and two blocks walk to the Clearwater Beach community pool, tennis courts, basketball courts and childrens playgroud. The cottages are one, two and three bedroom with new baths, floors, roofs and furniture. Beach chairs,umbrellas, BBQ, backyard, and washing machine are all their for you. No elevators to waste time in,just walk to the beach. Some have filtered view of the beach, but they are not on the sand as only high rise buildings are. We feature a full kitchen which includes a refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, 4-burner gas stove, conventional oven, microwave oven, granite countertops, coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans and dinnerware.
Each room comes equipped with 2 Cable Tv's, a DVD player, as well as Wireless Internet Access. There is ample closet space, remote control central heat and air, iron & ironing board. Parking is free and linens are included.

We provide beach ammenities such as chairs and towel. We have a 18 foot new Chapparal boat available for trips to Honeymoon Island or even Tarpon Spring for $75 hour plus gas. Up to six people can have a spectacular private cruise around Clearwater or shelling on secluded islands. |
