Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom courtyard villa, situated in one of Orlando's newest and most impressive communities - TUSCAN HILLS.
Our villa is in an ideal location for you to experience all that Orlando has to offer. Whether it's the world famous theme parks - Walt Disney World can be reached in just 10 minutes. Award winning golf courses - over 20 full size golf courses within a 20 mile radius. Outstanding shopping malls and retail outlets and a huge selection of restaurants and diners - many more than you could possibly hope to visit in one vacation.
On site facilities include a Mediterranean style clubhouse which boasts a fitness room, child's indoor playroom and a large lounge. Outside the covered lanai overlooks a tennis court, sand volleyball court, tot lot and palm garden.
Our villa is furnished to a very high standard and is fully airconditioned with the added benefit of ceiling fans.
Living Area - Large TV with cable, DVD player, DVD library.
Kitchen - Fully equipped for a self catering holiday.
Dining Room - Large dining table and seating for 8 guests
Bedrooms - The master bedroom has a kingsize bed (UK superking), walk in closet, cable TV and en-suite bathroom. The 2 twin rooms both have built in closets, cable TV and share the second bathroom. Towels, pool towels and hairdryers are provided in both bathrooms.
Swimming Pool - Private screened 13' x 26' heated pool. Patio furniture.
