Our brand new units at The Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center are up and running.They join our Sun,Sea & Sand condos in The Daytona Beach/Ormond Beach area. Our other listings are 2 bedroom condos with nice amenities but we wanted to have units at a resort that had more fun things to offer.
The resort has been renovated,is beautiful and offers more amenities for a year-round vacation.Who cares if it may be windy or rainy on a January day when you can use the large indoor pool and hot tubs and enjoy the ocean view.
Both units are located on the 12th floor. One unit is a larger end unit with fantastic city, river and ocean views. This unit has a king size bed and a sofa sleeper. There is one bath and a kitchen area that has a full size refrigerator, 2 burner cook top, microwave, cookware, toaster and all you need to prepare a breakfast or light dinner.We have added a small cart for storage,the coffee maker and toaster to free up the cooking area-sink.
The second unit has two queen beds and sleeps four. The kitchen is the same and is fully equipped to be rented on it's own, so of course, it has it's own bath. The view from this unit has an even better ocean view.The balconies are step out. Both units have a dining area that can sit four.That area has a lovely view of the ocean,city and river.In this unit we have added a storage unit in the closet for groceries or whatever you may need.There is a George Foreman grill in this unit.
The resort is located across the street from a major shopping plaza that includes a bowling alley.Many fine dining choices are near-by. The resort is also on a bus line, so you may not need a car during your stay. The resort has two heated outdoor swimming pools, a children's pool with waterfall, an indoor pool, two hot tubs, a sauna, an exercise room, a tiki bar, and putt-putt golf the children will enjoy. We hope you will enjoy our new venture and variation into the condo hotel business.Last minute rentals are very simple.We can accept your credit card by phone,we then notify the resort of your reservation,date of arrival and departure.You will need to present ID at the 24 hour front desk
