"The Ranch" is located on 45 acres in Central Florida. It is centrally located on lake Beresford which is connected to the St. Johns River. , and is 35 minutes from Daytona Beach and 45 minutes from Orlando and the attractions. It is the perfect balance between seclusion and accessibility. The 11 year old house sits in the middle of the property, and is three stories. The first story is a six car garage. The second story is divided equally and each side contains a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The third story contains a single bedroom. The house is encompassed by a walkaround porch that is prefect for viewing the 1,100 feet of lake shore and scenery. Please check the amenities for a complete list of supplies amenities. Just down the steps lies the pool and hot tub. These are perfect for relaxing, and sunbathing. Both the sunrise and sunsets can be enjoyed while relazing in the pool or hot tub.
Several springs are located within a 15 minute drive and one is only 4 miles by boat. Guests are invited to bring their own boats or rent boats at several marinas located within one mile of the ranch.
