1205 Maravilla is located between Destin and Sandestin on Florida’s Emerald Coast. The 3BR/2BA condo sleeps up to eight, with 2 king-sized beds, 1 set of bunk beds (full size on bottom) and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The balcony, which connects to both the living room and master suite, offers fabulous views of the Gulf. The condo features a tiled open kitchen, dining and living area that’s great for entertaining or spending time with the whole family. The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen, with breakfast bar seating for 2 and a dining area with seating for 6. For families, the owner provides a Pack-n-Play Crib for babies and toddlers. Owner also provides high speed internet service and beach service, which includes two canvas and wood lounge chairs with umbrella that is set-up by a beach attendant. Maravilla offers 2.5 acres of beachfront with private beach access, as well as 2 luxurious swimming pools, a spa, and generous decking. The complex also features a clubhouse, game room, exercise room, tennis and shuffleboard courts, and barbecue grills. Onsite activities include beach jet ski, parasailing and more. Maravilla is convenient to Destin’s deep sea fishing fleet, excellent restaurants, water sports, family activities, theme parks, cinemas, championship golf courses, dining and shopping.
