We are a premier waterfront resort in Dunedin Florida overlooking St. Joseph’s Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. Relax at our expansive waterfront with two heated pools, one jacuzzi, fishing pier, and forty boat slip accommodations. Situated just minutes from downtown Dunedin with its many outdoor restaurants, elegant shopping and Florida charm. Located five minutes from Honeymoon Island State Park and Caladesi Island which is rated one of the top five beaches in the country.

For the outdoor enthusiasts enjoy skating, biking, or walking on the 47 mile long Pinellas trail located across the street. Bikes on site for daily use.

All of our beautifully decorated rooms have ceramic tile, walk in showers, granite countertops and kitchenettes with stove, microwave, dishes, and full size refrigerators. Laundry room on site.
