House at Culberson

The house is 3200 sq.ft. and is located on a large corner lot. with spacious lawns and garden. The back yard has a chain linked fence and a brick walkway in the back garden along side the pool and lanai. The house has a covered two car garage with automatic door opener. The kitchen, dining room and family room has access to the pool and lanai. There is an outside bathroom in the pool area. The formal kitchen is spacious with all appliances and and a round oak table with six chairs which creates a gathering place for the family.

The dinning room is large with a table that can be extended to sit twelve people. There is a wine cooler, sideboard and china cabinet with extra side chairs. Dinnerware, silverware and a collection of table linens are found in the dinning room. A collection of wine glasses for the wine lovers are in the glass cabinets in the kitchen.

The large family room is located near the dinning room with two arch ways to walk through. The furnishings in this room are leather and quite comfortable with a variety of tables and lamps. A daybed with many pillows is place against the wall adjoining the bed rooms. A large stone fireplace is on the wall which houses the glass sliding doors to the lanai. A large archway takes you to the living room which is very formal and spacious. The front door and entryway is quite stunning and inviting with plants and pillared candlesticks. The three bedrooms are in row style and can be reached through the living room or the family room. The bedrooms are decorated with two full size beds lamp tables and dressers. Just outside of the two bedrooms is the bathroom with tub, shower, large vanity with two large mirrors, several drawers two sinks and a commode.

The master bedroom has a large mirrored wall with a bureau, two lamp tables and a queen size bed. The master bath has a large vanity, dressing room with closets. The shower has a sunken tiled area and a vanity with sink and a large mirror. There are many coat and linen closets in the hallways. The laundry room is large with lots of storage room. It houses the washer and drier.

The house is located a block from the golf course and is also in walking distance from the Art center, the senior center and gym. A short drive to the shopping centers and the down town area of Dunedin which houses many shops and restaurants. Dunedin is the 5th oldest city in the US. It has the best and most environmentally safe beaches on Honeymoon island and Caldisi Island in the US. It has many parks and playgrounds and also houses a historical museum. Fishing and boating and many other water sports are year round events. The city has 38 thousand residents and is proud of its special care for seniors. There are defribulator machines in the grocery stores and shopping malls. Most public places are equipped with medical care units for the elderly. Dunedin was rated the 5th safest place in the US to live.

Dunedin is spring training home for the Toronto Blue jays which is a national baseball league. Two large baseball stadiums and soccer fields are located in this quaint Scottish town.
