There are 2 independent air-conditioning. Internet connection available. Attached to the living room is the oversized, heated pool with a jet stream for professional swimmers. Also available are Stereo radio, Washer/Dryer, beach chairs and much more. This Villa is in a community with 2 large pools, 3 Tennis courts and Shuffle boards. It is very European because power is under ground, street lamps are there and you can enjoy walking on the pedestrians walk. The community is about 15 minutes away from the Englewood beach and also very closes to about 10 Golf Courses.
This rental comes with the Golf option. All renters have the option to becoming a member of 4 nearby golf courses. If you choose this option you will pay a flat fee per person/week and you will receive a membership ID. In this case, you will not pay any “green fees” but will be responsible for renting a golf cart, which is mandatory before 2:00 p.m. After 2:00 p.m. you may go on your own and you pay nothing more. Members also do not pay for balls on the driving range. You can play as often as you want or you can get openings.
