Souls Rest, is a one bedroom/one bath unit with water view from every room. Hearts Desire is below it and boasts 2 bedrooms plus Den. They can be rented separately and together. Click on owner website for more details and pictures. Soul's Rest is 8 steps above sand level with a commanding view of the beach (180 degrees). Hearts Desirer is ground level and great for people with mobility issues. Watch the dolphins play from your deck or living and dining room. Dine watching the sunset from inside or out on the deck. With windows everywhere, you have the true feeling of being in communion with the sand and water. Even the railings are minimal to keep that feeling of intimacy to the max.
Souls Rest and Heart's Desire comes fully equipped with all the amenities expected from a luxury rental. The units has been completely renovated in 2005 and boast a new full bathroom with granite topped vanity. A pull-out Queen sofa can accommodate occasional guests. Flat screened TV, video and DVD players, and Stereo are ready for your entertainment. Central air and heating is available for those who would like to supplement the ceiling fans available in every room. The unit is tastefully decorated in traditional beach style supplemented by the owners own paintings.
The property has two units which can be rented separately. The upstairs, Soul's Rest, is a one bedroom/one bath unit with Gulf view from every room. The lower unit, Heart's Desire, is at beach level with its own on-the-beach deck. It has two bedrooms plus a Studio/3rd room in addition to the living room, bath and kitchen.

The beach house is about 45 mins from Sarasota airport, 1 hour from Fort Meyers, 1.5 hour from Tampa, and about 2- 2.5 hours from either Orlando or Miami/Fort Lauderdale.
The closest highway is I75. From the north get off at Jacaronda Ave. exit, cross the Tamiami Trail, then make a left on route 776 headed south towards Englewood. Make a righ on Beach Road to the (Manasota) beach.
From the south on I75, take exit 180 (Kings Hwy), left at the T under I75 and make an immediate right at the light onto Veterans Blvd. After about 6 miles, you will cross the Tamiami Trail. After about 15 miles you will go through multiple shopping plaza (Walmart on left) at the MacDonald make a left on Beach Road.
Once on Beach Road road, at the traffic circle make a left onto Gulf Blvd headed south. Shoreview in on the right after about .6 mile. Turn right and immediate right at the first dirt driveway with 5 mailboxes on its left. The second parking area on left is it. Welcome!
