The "Hula House" is a fun get away in a very central location. Just off of 95 and Davie Blvd, the Hula House is only a $20 cab ride from the Ft. Lauderdale airport and is exactly 2 miles from downtown Ft. Lauderdale. Downtown is where you'll find the Art Museum, Science Museum, Imax, Movie Theater, Art Galleries, Cafés, Restaurants, Night Life, & shopping. Hula house has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath & a sleeper sofa. The master bedroom is the tiki room, it has a Queen size bamboo canopy bed with a walk in closet. The sliding glass door opens onto a private deck with your own private hammock. The disco room has a queen size bed and walk in closet. It is themed disco with classic disco LPs on the wall, a zebra shoe chair, vintage posters and of course a Lava lamp. The safari room overlooks the pool and has a full size bed and a twin size bed. The walls are decorated with "plush" animal mounts and fun animal prints. Each room has their own TV, and alarm clocks. The backyard is very tropical sporting a large pool, tiki bar, hammock, plenty of seating, and 32 foot dock. The canal flows out to the Atlantic ocean with no fixed bridges blocking the way. You could bring a sailboat up to the dock with no problem.
