This cozy, pool side, ground floor, waterfront, efficiency apartment is ideal for two persons and will take up to a family of four persons. One bed is a queen size bed and the other is a futon with upgraded mattress which makes into a full size bed. The Futon has a 7 inch mattress for adult comfort when sleeping.. This apartment was totally renovated in October 2004.

The modern kitchen is new and will allow you to prepare snacks or a complete Thanksgiving diner. Eat inside or on your own private 10' x 10x lighted terrace outside the unit and by the pool. Also, enjoy sitting under our new 14' x 22' awning with shared BBQ
