This renovated 3 bedroom home on a double lot is located on a street very close to Times Square, yet far enough away to enjoy a quiet outdoor pool area. One of the guest bedrooms has a King sized bed, the 3rd bedroom has a trundle bed and the master suite has a king size bed. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub for two. Also equipped in this home is a Brinks security system which will signal entry into the home and can be utilized for one button emergency calls to Police, Fire or ambulance.

Fort Myers Beach occupies all of what is known as Estero Island, just 10 miles from both downtown Fort Myers and the Southwest Florida International Airport. The island’s south side faces the Gulf of Mexico and has miles of beaches. However, the best beach in the area is on Lover’s Key in the state park on the island. This is an excellent place if you are at all interested in nature as there are many birds living in the mangrove forests here. This also happens to be a great spot for shelling. The Estero Bay side of the island is best viewed by boat or kayak, either of which may be rented in the area.
