Our luxury villa is in it's own gated community with facilities for all the family within the grounds or it's just a short drive away to all the attractions Orlando has to offer.Located on the award winning Southern Dunes golf and country club.
The main or Great Room offers a formal dining area, a separate breakfast area and a large living room with cable TV, a television and a DVD player. There are two large leather sofas.
The kitchen area offers an extra-large refrigerator with ice-maker. There is a large cooking range with microwave, a dishwasher and waste disposal unit. All necessary crockery and cutlery is supplied.
There are four bedrooms. The first master bedroom has a super 7ft wide bed, walk-in closet, widescreen TV and ensuite bathroom (with direct access to the pool area).
The second master bedroom features a 5ft double bed, large wardrobe and ensuite bathroom.The third and fourth bedrooms have two single beds and large wardrobes in both. And they share the third bathroom. there is a games room,with pool table, football table,ps2 games station and tv.
A washing machine and drier,iron and ironing board are there for your use..The covered pool area has a 14 foot by 26 foot heated swimming pool. This large area is covered to protect you from being bothered by bugs, whilst provided a huge area with decking furniture for relaxing in the fresh air.
