A nice private backyard with a new pool are perfect for barbeques or just relaxing after a glorious day at the beach, boating, fishing, shopping, golfing, swimming, tennis or visiting one of the many local attractions. The kitchen has all the equipment necessary. There is a TV DVD player, cable TV. The home has split bedrooms and two full baths - one in the master bedroom with a shower stall and jacuzzi tub. All linens are provided, including the beach towels and chairs.
The house is walking distance to a variety of restaurants and local shops.

Indian Rocks Beach is a small community centrally located just south of Clearwater Beach and north of St. Pete Beach. You can do anything imaginable right here in Pinellas County - swimming, snorkeling, boating, fishing, golfing, tennis, shopping, sporting events, night life, or just plain relaxing.
Area: Tampa is a quick hop to the airport, Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, Ybor City, Many Stadiums (Go Bucs, Go Ray's, Go Lightning!), Florida Aquarium, and so much more. Orlando is an easy 90 minute drive for all the Disney fun and attractions. The newly renovated Downtown St. Petersburg boasts the beautiful new Bay Walk and The Pier and John's Pass Village is always a favorite. There is a 'Beach Trolley' that runs from Clearwater Beach to Pass-A-Grille. It's a great way to explore our beaches and only costs $3.00 per person to ride all day. And don't miss Lighthouse Donuts right across the street.
