Two bedroom 1 bath with a 23' balcony across the street from the gulf and the sandy beach. yes you can see the gulf waters from the balcony bedroom info: both bedrooms are in the back of the condo ... one bedroom has queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has one double bed and one twin bed
Kitchen is a u shaped work area and the appliances include: refrigerator, range, dishwasher, micrwave
large walk in closet in one bedroom and the other has of closet space there is also a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. This is a stilt building, parking is on the street level...there are 4 units to the buildling with stairs in the middl there is no elevator.
Floors are carpeted other than the u shaped kitchen, which is tiled. there are no walls in the living area, dining area or the u shaped kitchen, which does offer a long bar area between the work area and the dining area beach trolley stops at the building and will take you to any or all of the 11 beaches to explore you are within walking distance to restaurants and short drive to entertainment, shops, grocery store, and water activities come enjoy the relaxin life style of the beach!....... kick your shoes off .......... wiggle your toes in the sand ...... watch awesome sunsets ..... listen to the surf ... destress.
