property at the entrance to the Florida Keys in Key Largo, just an hour
south of Miami on the Overseas Highway (US 1) at mile marker 104. The
property is located on Blackwater Sound on the Florida Bay (sunset) side.
The property includes a gated security entrance, 2 pools, sun deck, tennis
courts, clubhouse, boat ramp, dock, private 30' boat slip, crystal clear
water and beautiful sunset views.
Penthouse 501 becomes your home-away-from-home at this vacation paradise! Do
as much (or as little) as you like. This Penthouse end unit features
tropical views of the island and water from additional bedroom windows and
an elevation not enjoyed from lower and mid-foor units.
The tropical theme in Penthouse 501 is very comfortable, relaxing, and
functional. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, reclining chair
and entertainment center. The bedrooms are both wheelchair accessible with
widened doorways. The bay side bedroom features a King size bed, and the
ocean side bedroom has a Queen size. Both bedrooms have their own
televisions and clock radios. It has been recently renovated to provide an

bathroom with roll-in shower and adjustable height/hand held shower massage
