Welcome to Casa Delfina. This wonderful seven bedroom / five and half bathroom home is situated in the exclusive “Enclave” section of the Emerald Island Resort, a gated community which is within 5 minutes' drive of Disney World. It is an ideal location for large family groups. Inside, the house is fully equipped to a very high standard to meet all your holiday requirements. Each bedroom has a TV (the 3 master bedrooms also have DVDs). The family room has a large 51 inch wide screen TV, Home Theatre, DVD and VCR. The living room has yet another TV with a Playstation 2 and games. If you want to keep in touch with friends and family at home, we provide you with free unlimited international and long distance phone calls. In addition we now provide free wi-fi high speed internet access at the house. The family room has a magnificent cathedral ceiling which gives a wonderful feeling of spacious luxury. The kitchen is generously equipped for eating indoors or outside. The house is fully air-conditioned and has a games room with a pool table, foosball table (table football) and air hockey. The house leads onto a shaded lanai with tables, chairs and a barbeque grill. Beyond is a screened deck area with a heated south facing 30 foot pool and spa with sun loungers, overlooking a lake and a wooded conservation area. There are alarms on all doors leading to the pool and a child safety fence can be erected if preferred.
