Located on Emerald Island Resort, SUNsational Seven is less than 3 miles from Disney World in Kissimmee Florida. Universal Studios & Sea World are a short trip. We have spared no expense in setting this vacation villa as one of the finest accomodations that you will find.

The SUNsational Seven has a vaulted ceiling family room with sumptuous leather sofas and love seat. It boasts a 61" HD TV with Cable HBO, surround sound and DVD player. In fact you will find that every bedroom has a TV/DVD. There are leather sleeper sofas in both the family and living room. The large kitchen has every thing that one would need for making a family feast or just getting a snack. All the shops and restaurants of Kissimmee are a minute away. Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, Carabbas Italian restaurant, Friday's, Taco Bell, Subway, McDonald's & Burger King are at your door step .

We now have FREE HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET access throughout the Villa and pool deck! Want to call across the country or overseas*. No problem, It's FREE! Yes that's right FREE PHONE calls for the USA! Make land line calls to London, Paris or around the corner for Pizza.

Our screened heated pool is 30 x 14 feet. The raised jaccuzi with water fall can be heated seperately from the pool. The Sunsational Seven's pool and deck has conservation view. (No houses are in the back!) There is plenty of lounge furniture to soak in the sun.We have 8 lounge chairs, and 2 tables that seat 4 each. A full length oversized patio can keep you in the shade while you sip a drink.

For saftey: There is a removable child saftey fence and alarms on the doors to keep little ones from wandering. You will love the idea of not losing out on any pool time. Just think, no worries about where to keep your wallet or camera when you jump into the pool at any hour of the day or night! You also won't have to walk through endless lobbies soaking wet to go back to a one room box! .

The Master bedroom on the first floor has a Master poster King bed with an ensuite bathroom with roman tub and separate shower; TV/DVD and a huge walk in closet . A 2nd Master bedroom also has a King size Poster bed with ensuite bathroom ,TV/DVD and large walk in closet. Two further rooms have a Queen size bed in each room; both with TV/DVD. Another set of bedrooms feature two twin beds in each room. Yet another bedroom is a triple with bunk bed and seperate twin bed.As stated before, every bedroom has a TV/DVD. Two full bathrooms accomodate the two Queen rooms ,the two twin rooms, and the triple. Every bedroom also has ceiling fans to compliment the airconditioning.

The clubhouse has it's own pool, tiki bar ( order drinks by the pool, free internet service as well as and internet cafe, workout room, steam room, adjacent vollyball and tennis courts. A nature trail and picnic area.
