The villa is privately owned by Pam and Gary Seabourne and was completed in 2003
The villa consists of 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, 2 Car Garage, 30ft Swimming Pool with Jacuzzi and Screens. To view more of our Facilities, click on the link on the left.
Our villa occupies a corner plot and backs onto a nature reserve and offers complete privacy on two sides and is not overlooked.
Family Area & Dining Room (Quiet Area)
Includes a dining table and eight chairs, room enough for the whole family, the room also has two sofas and a coffee table if you are after some quiet time away from the TV and the rest of your party.Includes two sofas and coffee table. with a colour cable TV, hi-fi System and Play Station 2 for Games and DVD’s.
The villa is fully air conditioned throughout, and all linen and towels are included (except beach towels).
Access is available to the pool through the patio doors.
Pool deck
The pool faces on to a nature reserve on two sides, is fully screened and is equipped with 4 sun lounges, 8 chairs, 2 tables and 3 occasional tables.
All doors to the pool area from the villa are protected by a pool fence which is across the Lania and is removable if your party doesn't include children.
The circular integral Jacuzzi is in an ideal position for basking in the sun while keeping cool, keeping an eye on the kids, or for relaxing in after a hard day walking around the theme parks.
If you decide to take advantage of a quieter Orlando and take a break in the winter months the water in the pool & Jacuzzi can be heated for an additional cost, simply enquire when booking.
