Our luxurious 4 bedroom, 3-bathroom house is located in the quiet, exclusive residential Chatham Park area in Kissimmee Orlando. The house is perfectly located for all your holiday needs and is genuinely 10 minutes from the magic of the Disney area theme parks. Situated off Highway 192, all you will need is just a few minutes drive away.
The fully air conditioned house is fitted out to a high standard, it is very bright and airy and downstairs in typical Floridian style the property is open plan and includes two separate lounge areas, one with satellite television, DVD player, video player and high-fi system. The dining area has a full size table and will seat 8 people. Downstairs also has a bathroom with walk in shower. The kitchen is fully fitted including large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave traditional oven and hob and telephone. The kitchen also includes a separate eating area that overlooks the pool and lake. Patio doors open out onto the pool area both from the kitchen and the lounge area. The master bedroom is also downstairs and has a queen size bed, bedside cabinets a large walk in closet, a television and masses of storage. The en-suite facilities include double basins, shower and whirlpool bath. The bedroom also has patio doors opening onto the pool area.
Also on the ground floor is a double garage that has been converted into a games room and has an 8ft Brunswick pool table, Air Hockey table and foosball table and many facilities to keep all ages amused. This area also contains the laundry facilities, which include large washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs the house has a further 3 large bedrooms and a bathroom. The upstairs master bedroom (bedroom 2) looks over the pool and lake and has a queen size bed, bedside cabinets, television and lots of storage. The third bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets and other drawer space and a large built in closet. The fourth bedroom has twin beds, bedside cabinets and again a large built in closet. There is also a full-sized, self-assembly cot available for our smaller guests. The bathroom, which has a bath and shower, is between the third and fourth bedrooms.
Outside must be seen; the house has a large screened heated pool and a deck area that is bigger than average. There is a lanai with table and chairs that is great for eating outside, it is fitted with a fan and lights and is perfect to watch the beautiful Floridian sunsets. The pool area looks directly over a large lake that has a fountain and is visited by our local wildfowl, it all contributes to making this a very desirable place in which you can relax and chill out. Good quality poolside furniture is also provided. Underwater pool lighting provides illumination if you need a quick dip after a long day at a theme park.
