From Orlando International Airport, follow the signs for Kissimmee/South Exit/ 417 (Greeneway – Toll Road).
You will stay on this road approx 2 miles and then turn right onto 417 South. This is a Toll road, so you will need some dollars.
After approx 9 miles, take Exit 6 (on your right) go straight at the first light, which is International Drive. At the next light, turn left. You will now be on 535 South.
You will stay on this road for approx 1.5 miles. At the third traffic light, turn right onto Poinciana Blvd. Stay on this winding road for almost one mile, and you will come to the traffic lights at Highway 192. Go straight across at these lights, staying on Poinciana Blvd.
Drive approx 4.5 miles, going through rural areas, and Cumbrian Lakes will be on your left hand side.
Be sure you know the gate code for access.
