Our villa is a 4 bed, 2 bath property located on the popular Indian Point community, which is just off highway 192, approximately 20 miles south of Orlando. Highway 192 has undergone major development in the last 15 years and now has many attractions and shopping facilities, as well as providing direct access into the Disney parks. The Orlando area boasts numerous golf courses, many of which are just a few minutes drive away.
The villa has a lovely pool and spa which is not overlooked by other villas. Free wireless internet access is usually available. The spacious master bedroom has access to the pool area and has cable television. There is a large en-suite bathroom with bath and separate walk in shower.
Our Florida home is spacious, luxurious and fully air-conditioned with 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) and fully furnished to a high standard. Its design gives maximum privacy to two families, or parents with children (or both).
This includes an entertainment unit with brand new 32" remote control television, DVD / VCR player and Playstation 2 system. A large sofa converts into a double bed, if required. The room looks onto the pool area through patio doors. (All three doors to the pool are alarmed for the safety of young children.) A large, fully furnished formal dining area leads off of the Great Room.
The kitchen contains a full range of appliances including a large cooker with oven and hob, huge fridge / freezer with ice making facility, built-in dishwasher, microwave, 4 slice toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle. The nook has a dining table and chairs and telephone (free local calls). Through a door from the kitchen is a laundry room with a large load washing machine and tumble dryer. A door leads into the garage.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with all the usual bedroom furniture including bedside cabinets, a cane chair, tree and flower arrangements, dressing table, etc. There is also a remote control colour TV and a cordless phone. This bedroom has direct access through patio doors onto the lanai and pool deck.
The pool, at 30ft x 15ft, is large enough for serious swimming or playing games, whilst the adjacent kiddies’ pool allows the little ones to cool off safely or it can be used as a spa. There are 4 lounger chairs with cushions, and a patio table and 6 chairs. Also available are a growing number of pool toys! The covered area, with its large ceiling fan, is the perfect place to stay cool whilst sipping a drink or reading a book. The pool area overlooks a small lake and wooded conservation area, which ensures complete privacy when using the area.
The entire pool area is enclosed in a micro-mesh screen. This is designed to keep "unwanted guests" (of the flying or crawling variety!) out of the area. An underwater pool light and patio lights allow swimming in the evening – an excellent way to unwind after a busy day.
