Best value Disney villa with private pool, internet, and all the amenities of home. Located within 4 miles from the gates of Disney, the fun is a short drive away. We are also conveniently located with quick access to Highway 4 which makes it a short drive to Sea World and Universal Orlando also. Our home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a south facing pool. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and the third has two twin beds and is decorated with a Mickey Mouse theme. We also have a full-size sleeper sofa that can be used if needed. Our kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, tablewear, and cookware with cooking utensils. You will find our home very warm and inviting and most important, clean. There is a Super Wal-Mart a short 15 minute drive away.
The spacious master bedroom has a queen-size bed (queen set is new in 2005), TV with cable and VCR, telephone, ceiling fan, private en suite bathroom with shower and walk-in closet. Second bedroom has a full-size bed and double closets and ceiling fan. Third bedroom has twin beds, decorated with a Mickey & Minnie Mouse theme, a ceiling fan and double closets. The second and third bedroom are separated by the tropical ocean theme second bathroom with tub and shower.
There is a dining area in the fully-equipped kitchen and there is a more formal dining area between the living room and kitchen. The living room has a luxury sofa that pulls out to a double bed for extra sleeping. The living room TV also has a DVD/VCR player hooked up to it. Access to a fully screened patio and pool is through the sliding doors from the living room. In case you have infant children, a high chair and portable crib are available for your use at no extra charge. We do not allow smoking and pets in the home.
