4 bed villa with pool and spa,the villa was built october 2005.The villa comprises of a large master bedroom with en-suite, t.v. ,walk in closet,king size bed and access to the pool via patio doors.Second bedroom as queen size bed,t.v small walk in closet,next to family bathroom,third bedroom as two single beds and is at the front of the villa next to the fourth bedroom that also as two single beds,the villa is fully air conditioned.
As you enter the villa through the large front door bedrooms 3 and 4 to the right, garage to the left then small living area on the right very quiet and out of the sun access to family bathroom and bedroom 2. Opposite living room is a formal dining area with dining table and chairs next comes large kitchen ,dining area and living area with access to the pool,kitchen is well equiped with every thing that you need full size cooker, fridge/freezer,dish washer and micro wave and all plates ,cutlery and pots and pans.breakfast table with chairs,living area as t.v. seating for 6.
The pool is set within a lania with access from the villa or gates within the lania,the pool is 32ft by 12ft and is 5ft6in deep to 2ft6in deep can be heated also as saftey fence.Also as table and chairs as well 2 sun loungers,there is also a spa next to the pool
The villa also as cable t.v. as well internet access.Bedding and towels are also including but you may need large bath towels if you are going to the beech,but for most occasions there are enought towels.
the utility room as full size washer and dryer also iron and ironing board.
