KISSIMMEE VACATION VILLA RENTAL DESCRIPTION :

Our 3 bed/2 bath villa is on Lakeside Estate in Kissimmee. It is a quiet neighbourhood with residential & rental properties. The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed, plenty of drawer space, TV, and en suite bathroom which has a shower & large walk-in dressing closet. Bedroom 2 has a double bed & bedroom 3 has twin beds. Both these rooms have ample drawers and large fitted wardrooms. The second bathroom has a bath/shower and leads out to the pool area.

There are 2 lounges, one with multi channel TV/VCR/DVD and has a sofa bed. The 12 X 26 pool is solar heated so can be used all year without extra cost. There is patio furniture & a barbeque. There is a large garage which houses the washer and dryer. The kitchen is well equipped with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils there is also a large fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher & microwave.

AIRPORT INFORMATION :

FROM ORLANDO AIRPORT As you leave the airport terminal or terminal carparks keep to the right hand lane look for the sign Kissimmee and 417 (do not take the Orlando exit ). Note if you miss the Kissimmee sign, as the road is a ring road system, just go round again until you see the exit signs for Kissimmee. Once out of the airport, keep straight on, do not take the 417 toll road. Go under bridge the approx 1 mile further on turn right immediately before the petrol station (“K” garage ) Continue for about 3 miles ( this is Boggy Creek Road ) coming to a housing estate on the right called Pebble Point Continue on over 2 sets of traffic lights until you come to Lakeside Estate on the right.
