Our luxury 4 bed villa is on best subdivision in the area, bar none. Our villa backs onto a lake beyond the private pool deck, where you can watch the migrating ducks for hours! Or spy 'Terry' turtle as he pops his head up every now and again. It's a perfect quiet oasis and yet only 20 minutes from the theme parks. Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, Water Parks are all very well, and we can provide you with car hire should you wish, but when you flop down in the villa the end of your tiring day you will get a spacious open plan villa with formal and non-formal dining areas, high speed internet, TVs in every bedroom, 2 bathrooms, fully air conditioned with additional ceiling fans for extra comfort. The pool is heated and we provide FREE pool heat to 82degsF. All laundry and culinary equipment is provided, and each bathroom has a hairdryer, so you don't need to bring your own! Third double bedroom is a themed 'Disney' twin bedded bedroom ideal for kids. All bedrooms have cable TV and there is a Sony Playstation2 in the twin bedroom, some games are provided, but additional can be hired from the Blockbuster just 3min drive away. Bedroom 3 and 4 look out over the pool and lake, and receive the benefit of the early morning sun. The master bedroom has a huge vaulted ceiling with a ceiling fan, a large walk-in closet and it's own en-suite huge walk-in shower with double vanity units The cot provided is a low-level one (see pic) which can be used indoors for sleeping, or outdoor for safety around the pool. Free high speed internet access is provided via cable, network cable supplied, but bring own to be sure a previous guest has mistakenly removed it.

Florida's shopping friendly atmosphere makes the whole experience wonderful, accessible car parks and low-level accessibility excludes no-one and is a lovely respite from the excesses of the parks!

Drive to Disney in 20 minutes, Universal Studios in 15 minutes, SeaWorld in 15 minutes, or if its shopping, go to Florida Mall 20 minutes away, or the wonderful Mall at Millenia in 25 minutes or keep with the Disney theme, and go for Downtown Disney where the kids will be in their element. Adults too, will revel in Downtown Disney nightclub scene 20 minutes, open until the wee small hours. Or try Universal Studios Boardwalk a themed array of nightclubs and cinemas only a 15 minute drive away. If you can tear yourself away from the gorgeous pool deck, the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, at Cocoa beach are just a 45minute drive, and the wonderful sand of the Gulf Coast beach at Clearwater 90 minute drive westwards down the Interstate 4. Treat yourself to the glory that is Cape Kennedy. Children as well as adults will love the place where man flew to the moon. See the full size replica of a Saturn 5 rocket dangling just yards above your head. It's a wonderful day out, and hope that there may be a launch in the near future as you can get up real close.
