Our home is the perfect location for your next Orlando getaway. Situated right behind the Old Town Kissimmee entertainment complex and just minutes from Disney theme parks, outlet malls, restaurants, golf courses and an hour away from Florida’s sparkling beaches, you will have immediate access to all the fun Central FL has to offer
Bedrooms: The first floor has two master bedrooms, both en suite. Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor (twin beds). All bedrooms have large walk in wardrobes and ample draw storage. The king bed room has a small balcony. The queen bed room has a safe. Two further guests can also be accommodated on the queen size sofa bed in the living area. All bed linen is provided.
Bathrooms:Shower unit, roman bath, toilet, washing, hairdryer, wash basin, mirror, tiled flooring.
Kitchen:Open plan to lounge/dining area, the kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to self cater throughout your stay and includes hob, oven, large fridge & freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, kettle, crockery and utensils.
Utility Room:Ground floor separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Living Rooms:The ground floor has an open plan living area (with a two piece suite) and kitchen table area that seats six people round the table.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Linen and towels (except swimming) are provided for your stay. Cleaning for 7 days or more is included in the price. Daily maid service available payable locally.

Regal Oaks lies behind Old Town, Kissimmee-150 metre walk to the back of Old Town,with fun park,go carts etc.It hosts free events ea week, &will keep you entertained between bouts of shopping and thrill rides. Often offers outdoor musical entertainment.Best of all is the Cruise nights. Over 350 cars show up on some Saturday nights..not to be missed!
There are a few restaurants in Old Town but you have much more choice on highway 192..Pizza Hut, Kentucky Fried Chicken,Dennys, Bennigans,Pacino's Red Lobsters’ Sizzlen Gill, Ponderosa & Logan's Steak house.
Lynx buses provide easy travel links around the nearby area, including the Disney Parks,even if you haven't rented a car!
Coast /Beach: 1 hour's drive
Golf: Several courses within 15 minutes
Parks: Disney World is approx 6 mins, Seaworld 15 mins and Universal Studios/I.O.A 23 mins. Busch Gardens & Kennedy Space Center are 1 hours drive away. Airports: Orlando Airport 26 minutes
Orlando Sanford Airport is 57 minutes

Parks: Disney World is approx 6 minutes, Seaworld is 15 minutes and Universal Studios/I.O.A are 23 minutes. Busch Gardens & Kennedy Space Center are an hours drive away. All times are approimates depending on traffic conditions.
Airports: Orlando Airport is approx 26 minutes, Orlando Sanford Airport is 57 minutes depending on traffic.
Weather: Orlando experiences hot humid weather throughout the year due to its subtropical climate. The warmest summer months are July & August when temperatures can rise up to 31 deg C (90 deg F). The cooler winter months of October through March , temperatures stay around 19 deg C (70 deg F).
