The house is air-conditioned, has five bedrooms plus a loft bedroom, and three baths. Two of the bedrooms are master suites with master baths. One of the master suites has a Jacuzzi bathtub, a large shower, and a triple tray ceiling with 9 and 10 foot ceilings throughout the balance of the home. This home features a formal entry, THREE living rooms, a dining room, a large kitchen with an eat-in bay window, a utility room, and a lanai (screened-in porch). It also has three oak interior staircases (one of which is a winding staircase) with custom-made newels, oak spindles, and handrails.
