CLOSE TO THE PHILHARMONIC & WATERSIDE SHOPS! All of my condos are around a free-flowing waterway with an island in the middle accessed by using any of the 3 bridges situated at different locations on the interior of the resort property. On the island is a full-menu restaurant (The Island Pub)which has music twice a week 5-8p, a lagoon style heated pool with waterfall, a hot tub, a sundeck, a Gazebo-Grill area that has 6 double gas barbecue grills & patio tables for outdoor dining. Addt'l amenities include: Tennis Cts, Handball Cts, a Basketball Ct, Shuffleboard & Volleyball. In the Clubhouse is the lobby, check-in desk, complimentary coffee/tea, complimentary pool towels, several comfortable sitting areas for reading with a large TV and a Game Rm to be enjoyed by all ages (soon to be replaced with an exercise rm), Books available for reading & movie rentals.

Southwest International Airport in Ft. Myers is the closest airport (Exit 131) to Naples. Take I75 South to Exit 107 (Pine Ridge Rd), go right (west) on Pine Ridge Rd till you get to US41. As you are traveling on Pine Ridge Rd you will cross over Livingston Rd, Airport Rd and Goodlette-Frank. Turn left on US41 (south) till you get to Neapolitan Way (signal light), turn right on Neapolitan Way, go till you get to the 4 way stop sign, turn left at stop sign and you will be entering on the property of the Park Shore Resort...go to the Lobby/Clubhouse to check in. |
