Our unit is a non-smoking unit that is located on the non-drive section on New Smyrna beach. Our nicely decorated 3rd floor unit offers a wonderful view of the ocean and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a TV with remote control there is also a door that leads to the balcony. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a small TV with remote control. The great room offers a living/ dinning room combo. The living room has a sofa that pulls out into a full size bed a full size TV with remote control, DVD and VCR. The dinning room has a table with 4 chairs and a bar area with two bar stools.
