Our beach house was designed for island living and
includes 4 levels of tropical spaces. The ground level has a 1200 sqft tumbled marble patio which extends out to the heated pool and outdoor kitchen. It is furnished with tropical comfortable patio furniture and
table chair for gaming or eating out by the pool.
The 1st level has a large entry hall which provides access to the 2 master bedroom suits with rain head showers and the "kids" bedroom with private bath and whirlpool tub. Laundy is also located on this level.
The 2nd floor has a cathedral ceiling great room, dining room and gourmet kitchen with french doors leading out to the Veranda furnished with dining table and aderondeck chairs. A perfect place to eat and watch the sun set. Also on this level is the study/4th bedroom with queen size trundel bed and private bath.
The top level is a loft with a high quality sofa bed. and access to the observation/sun deck.The house has great views of the sate preserve and Gulf of Mexico. It is just a short walk or golf cart ride to the 3.5 mile long beach.Rental of the house includes the use of a golf cart and a guest membership to the North Captiva Island Club during your stay.
