| VACATION RENTAL DESCRIPTION : |

The Villas have a formal reception room which will dine 6 and has reception settees. The TV room is open plan with a breakfast nook table for 4. Kitchen is fully equiped with a large fridge/freezer. Plenty of cabinets, large electric oven and hob. Other amenities include microwave and blenders to accomodate the chef in the family. A laundry room with a large washing machine and dryer is also there for your convenience. The master bedroom has lovely furniture with en suite shower and separate bath. The room has its own TV. All beds has upgraded mattress to make sure that no one experiences sleepless nights. This was one of the most important detail we wanted to take care of.
In the other side of the house is the second master bedroom with en suite and TV. 2 further bedrooms are located with twin beds, each with a TV in each room. This is serviced by the third bathroom. The pool is oversized so you can actually swim! The view of the lake is awesome. There is barbecue facility as well.

From Sandy Ridge To Disney World.
Journey time approx. 10 Mins.
Turn left out of Sandy Ridge Drive follow road to interchange with Old Lake Wilson.
Turn Right at traffic lights on to Old Lake Wilson highway 545. Straight on to interchange with highway 192
Turn right onto highway 192 take next exit and follow signs to Disney World. Generally use the highway 192, which will take you to International drive.
You will see that there are plenty of restaurants and super markets.
Champions gate is the latest development and has shopping facilities. I-4 (Interstate 4) is like the British motorway and is also a good road to use to visit attractions. |

| AIRPORT INFORMATION : |

FROM ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. Approx. 30 Mins
Follow the exit signs out of Orlando Airport & follow the signs for the Beeline Expressway (528) WEST. This is also sign posted ORLANDO & TAMPA. Once on the Beeline you will pass through 2 tolls. The 1st is 75c & the 2nd is 75c. Continue on this road until you reach the I-4. Take I-4 WEST (towards Tampa) Continue heading WEST on the I-4 until you reach the junction for exit 58 sign posted Champions Gate and Reunion. Turn left on to side road 532
Drive straight on for approx. 2 miles passing Reunion Resort on your left. Cross Old Lake Wilson interchange ; road changes to single lane and Sandy Ridge will be on your right hand side.
FROM SANFORD INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. Approx. 40 Mins
Take SR 46 West sign posted Lake Mary Turn on to SR 417 sign posted I-4 (Interstate 4)towards TAMPA Continue heading WEST on the I-4 until you reach the junction for exit 58 sign posted Champions Gate & Reunion. Follow instructions above. |
