Superbly positioned, Disney, Universal and Sea World are all literally just minutes away from the villa - shopping and excellent restaurants are even closer. The Gulf and Atlantic coasts are within easy reach and golfers will quite simply be spoilt for choice.
Both the living room and the master bedroom have double patio doors which open out on to the private pool and spa. The pool area has a southerly aspect over one of the refreshing rippling lakes. A wonderful place for relaxation in the Florida sunshine - especially welcoming at the end of a full and exciting day. An extra bathroom has been added to the lanai area and there is a poolside shower. Luxurious padded patio furniture is also available for your added relaxation. The pool and spa can be heated upon request.
A Games Room has recently been added to our home - you will find it has a full size quality slate bed pool table which has been professionally sited to ensure the balls run true.
The Games Room also includes table football air hockey and electronic darts - so there is plenty of fun for everyone.
Our villa is very light, spacious, air conditioned and beautifully furnished to an exacting specification throughout. The living areas which include dining area, breakfast area and lounge area have extensive seating with colour cable TV, hi-fi, DVD Player and PlayStation 2. A selection of DVDs, PS2 games and toys will keep everyone happy when not in the pool
