Kick your shoes off after your long journey and relax in this comfortable, spacious Lounge which overlooks the Pool and Spa. There is cable T.V.in all bedrooms, DVD/VCR and CD player for those evenings when you just want to relax after a long day at the Parks.
The fully equipped luxury Kitchen has everything you will possibly need – Cooker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Waste disposal and large “American-style” Fridge/Freezer with automatic ice-maker plus all appliances and kitchen utensils.
The Utility Room, located between the kitchen and the Garage, has a large Washer and Dryer plus Iron and Ironing Board.
All the necessary linens and towels are provided, including pool towels for up to 8 guests.
We have two spacious and exquisitely furnished en-suite Master bedrooms each with King-sized beds and ceiling fans and large wardrobes.
To fully compliment these two beautiful rooms there is direct access to the pool deck and spa - just right for that early morning dip!
There is a further double bedded room, & a "Nemo" themed twin bedroom, both with wardrobes. These rooms have a shared bathroom/shower. All 4 bedrooms have cable TV.
We have extended our lovely Pool and Decking area to give you lots more room to either relax in the Florida sunshine or have fun in the water. The Spa adds that extra little touch of luxury. The Pool area, which is South/west facing, and benefits from all-day sunshine, is fully screened and has 4 comfortable Sun loungers and outside dining for six. There are three sets of patio doors leading to the pool side one from each master bedroom and one from the lounge. There's a covered Lanai to give you vital shade in the heat of the summer.
This whole area really comes into its own when you return from a busy day at the Parks and can sit out and enjoy that well earned drink. As the Pool lights up and the evening closes in, why not treat yourselves to a delicious take-away (delivered to your door of course) and dine “al fresco” you will find all this information and contact details for all local take away restaurants in the customer pack in each home.
Pool heating in the cooler months (Late Nov- Mar) is available at an additional charge.
