Renton's Vacation Rentals

This beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom villa was built in May 2005 and has far exceeded all of our dreams! Our home sits in one of the area's newest and most prestigious gated rental communities, The Manor at West Haven, and is located just minutes to Walt Disney World and all of the area's other attractions.

As you enter the home, you will find the sprawling living room ahead. This room is perfect for any entertaining you may do, or relaxing with the family after a long day at the parks. Complete with a queen sized sleeper sofa, loveseat, and chair, there is ample seating for everyone in your party. There is a 32" TV with DVD and Playstation 2.

To the left you will find the formal dining room also with ample seating for the whole family. Pass through the archway and you will find the laundry room, which has a full size washer and dryer, as well as an iron, ironing board, and many other household items (including a vacuum).

The kitchen - a chef's (and mother's) dream - will be your next stop. The kitchen has all top of the line Kenmore appliances including a side-by-side refridgerator and freezer, electric stove and range, dishwasher, and even a microwave! We haven't forgotten about your smaller appliances either - there is also a blender, coffee maker, toaster, electric can opener, hand mixer, and electric tea kettle all for your use. Dishes, glasses, silverware, cookware, and table linens are also supplied. The kitchen also has an eat in breakfast nook for quick meals in the mornings.

Just off the kitchen you will find the beautifully appointed main master suite. This room features a king size bed with a very comfortable mattress set. Dual nightstands and a full size wardrobe, as well as a closet, provide ample storage for your items. The master suite has its own bathroom with his and hers sink, walk-in shower cubicle, and roman tub. The main master suite also has sliding glass doors for easy access to the patio and pool area.

To the right of the main entrance, you will find a further three bedrooms. The first is the second master suite, complete with a queen size sleigh bed, dual nighstands, full size wardrobe with mirror, and closet for extra storage, as well as TV. This master suite also has its own bathroom, with dual vanities and a walk-in shower cubicle. Bedrooms three and four each have a pair of twin beds, tastefully decorated with luxury in mind. These bedrooms share a third bathroom, which has a single vanity and shower / tub combo, as well as access to the pool area.

Just beyond the living room, through the sliding glass pocket doors, you will find the pool area, one of the best features of the home! This extended lanai is very spacious, bigger than many other pool decks in comparable homes. The extended lanai provides plenty of space for lounging and soaking up the Florida sunshine on your days in. Six lounge chairs are provided, as well as two recliners with ottomans. A table with four additional chairs provide a place to eat dinner al fresco. The pool itself is rather large, approximately 30' by 15', with a 7' raised spa just off the shallow end.

One final surprise will await you in the garage, which we have converted into an air conditioned games room. Step inside and you will be transported around the world with pictures of Paris, London, and New York City. The games room features an 8 foot pool table, 7 foot air hockey table with electronic scoring, and a foosball table. There is a pub set for seating, and a TV with DVD and cable for additional entertainment. All cues, chalk, and pool balls are provided.

Our home is fully furnished, and should have everything that you need to make you feel right at home. All linens and towels, as well as separate pool towels are provided. For your piece of mind, there is an alarm system in the home.
