The Villa is a beautifully decorated, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, air-conditioned home. With 2 double bedrooms & 2 twin rooms, this offers plenty of room for up to 8 guests. There is also a cot available on request.
* Situated in a pleasant, quiet street, the neighbours are a mixture of local Florida residents and fellow holiday makers.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Linen, towels etc. are provided, ensuring that you have everything that you might need during your stay. There is a separate Laundry with automatic Washing machine and Drier.
The Lounge / Family room is fully furnished and has cable TV, Video and DVD players.
A telephone is provided, allowing local, national & international calls at no charge, with our compliments.
We have fitted a small safe in the villa for your peace of mind.
You will, of course, have use of your private swimming pool, which has a screen to keep out the bugs and is surrounded by a privacy fence to ensure that you are not overlooked. The pool is heated by solar panels. The pool area is equipped with patio table & chairs.
The villa is very "Green", not only does it have a Pool heated by solar panel, it also has solar panels for domestic water heating, and electricity!!!
